Standard delivery: 3–5 business days across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on orders between ₹700 and ₹5,000.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is:
- Unopened and in original packaging
- Damaged or defective on arrival
To initiate a return, email us at hello@dogkart.in with your order number and a photo of the product.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Opened food products cannot be returned unless there is a quality or safety issue.
